In Colombia it is used to designate a treacherous person, has no scruples to change look and harm to others, and lives just looking for their personal benefit. In Colombia we also use the same meaning twisted words, Pharisee, hypocrite, double, Toad. Person that can not be trusted in any way. It is also taken as a form of insult grave ( HP ).
