It is a word used in Colombia. It means the process that must be performed before an entity to obtain any type of permit or license. Usually for obtaining the licence should make steps leading to other entities, which we call paperwork, errands or paperwork. It is so wasteful this red tape or paperwork there are skilled in helping to make these proceedings who we call brokers.
