It is said of the very rare ability of some people who tend to have a lot of contact with technology and can manipulate it in an extraordinary way. Technokinesis would then be the ability to control electronic devices without touching them and to be able to communicate with them in some way, intuiting what is happening to them or how they work, being able, too, to fix them in a "magical" way.
