Superhero is a fictional character possessing superhuman powers or super powers. Superman was created in 1938 and until 1945 was a huge success, largely due to the second world war, where the heroes were fundamental to keep moral high. Superman is considered the first superhero, although the Phantom was created in 1936, two years before. It was the Argentine comic strip Patoruzú.
