I suspect that the lousy query is on its own, that even if it is valid in Spanish it is only used on rare occasions. . . and at the editor's discretion, when he believes that the adverb 'alone' can be confused with the adjective 'alone'.

ONLY WITH ACENTO this term was removed from the Spanish language. It only existed to differentiate the adjective only from the adverb alone. He wore an accent when he could be replaced equally by only, with the meaning of hardly
