The socioformación is a new approach to education and the development of human talent created and driven by the Latin American researcher Sergio Tobón based on investigations by the CIFE Institute in Mexico. It is to train people doing projects that solve or contribute to solving problems of the context, with dedication, perseverance and sense of challenge, considering its life cycle, the ethical project of life and the social and environmental challenges.
