It's a way of calling whoever is originally from Siloé. That comes from Siloé. Follower of the Humanist Movement created by the Argentine Mario Rodríguez Cobos, known by his pseudonym SILO. The movement is also called the Universalist Movement, New Humanism or The Siloist Movement.
