Sarnilla, simply mange or scabies, is a disease of the skin caused by a mite ( parasitic microscopic ) that gets under the skin, digging tunnels and lays its eggs in them. It is common around the world and can affect people of all ages and social classes, and has nothing to do with the lack of hygiene.
