( sindiyyah , of Sind, Pakistan of which proceeds). 1. f. herbaceous annual, the family of the Cucurbitáceas, with flexible, creeping, hairy stem from three to four meters in length, leaves divided into rounded segments and dark green, yellow flowers, almost spherical, as large fruit that sometimes weighs 20 kg of green bark uniform or marbled and toenail, granujienta, aguanosa and sweet flesh, among which are, forming concentric lines, many black and crushed seeds. It is widely cultivated in Spain plant. 2. f. fruit of this plant.
