The word Sachapera alludes to a fruit from the mountain, as the word "sacha" says is in quichua mountain or jungle. This is why it could be translated as "field pear"

It is the name of an Argentine folk song composed by Saúl Belindo Carabajal, better known as Cuti Carabajal who perform Los Manseros Santiagueños. Sachapera is a wild fruit resembling a pear and is very sweet.
