It is a batter with egg, sugar and wine. It is of Italian origin (zabaione, or Spanish sabayon or sambayon). In Colombia is a liqueur-based liquor that has beaten eggs, milk and sugar. In Mexico it is known as eggnog, in Venezuela is punch home and in United States as Eggnog.
