Rás-al-hanout : Mixture of powdered spices whose composition is very variable (cloves, cinnamon, Jamaican pepper, turmeric, cumin, caraway, coriander, ginger, ginseng, nutmeg, Ethiopian chilli, lavender, oregano, galanga), uses especially in Morocco and Tunisia.
