rizotto is incorrectly written, and should be written as "Risotto" being its meaning: Risotto is a term that does not appear in the dictionary of the Real Academia Española ( RAE ). The concept derives from riso, the Italian word referring to rice. The risotto, so it is a gastronomic preparation having rice as main ingredient. There it different kinds according to its accompanying ingredients. It is a dish originating in the Northwest area of the country, specifically Eastern Piedmont, Western Lombardy and the Verona area, due to the abundance of rice. It is not a word in the Spanish language.
