It means "with aquatic blackbird peak" (it is an anagram of the term Cyclorhynchus), with a shield-shaped beak. It is a genus of birds in the family Tyrannidae. In Colombia are known as picochatos or picoplanos, where there are 4 species and several subspecies (only speaking of the Rhynchocyclus olivaceus, there are 5 subspecies; of the Rhynchocyclus brevirostris there are 3 ).
