It is said of the spiritual and philosophical current that it is based primarily on the Hermetic principle that "what is below is like what is above, and what is above is like what is below, to consummate the miracle of Oneness." Reflexism then seeks ways to enhance this principle, in order to reflect the universal unity in the human being and thus become "a mirror of the universe".
