RACAHUT starch used in Middle East and arabic countries. It is a gray powder made out of salep, cacao, sweet acorn flour, potato starch, rice flour, sugar and vanilla, mixed with water or milk with the purpose of making porridge, matched potatoes or a cream.
 Used in US as well
