furoya

procrastinar
  43

It is a way to avoid a necessary but uncomfortable or unpleasant task, postponing it and usually replacing it with another more enjoyable one. If usual it could be assumed that there is an phobic or depressive component for this behavior. From Latin procrastinare ( "deferred until tomorrow" ), formed by pro ( "forward, before" ) crastinus , to , um ( "morning day, future moment" ).

Danilo Enrique Noreña Benítez

It means leaving for tomorrow, leaving for later. It means deferring, delaying, delaying, postponing. It is clarified that in Argentina, Colombia and some parts of Spain, with the same sense, it is very common to use procastinar, without the second r and has even been accepted SAR. The word purist is procrastinar, where the cra particle means tomorrow, then the next day.
