PRECALOSTER Breast secretion in the lumen of the alveoli, composed of plasma exudate, sodium, chlorine, cells, immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, seroalbumin and some lactose. It is produced by the breasts during the gestation period as a preparation for the breastfeeding of the newborn.
