Polcan : 1 : Antojito consisting of a corn dough tortilla, stuffed with toasted pumpkin nuggets, chopped onion and cooked ibes. They take the form of a snakehead, are fried and served with chiltomate and cabbage marinated in vinegar and salt. . 2 : Corn dough soursive ness placed on corn leaves. It is stuffed with ibes, pumpkin nuggets and ground dried chilli. It is wrapped and steamed.
