PIXAN Hanal PIXÁN or Hanal Pxan means in Mayan language "food of the souls" and is a festival that is made on the Yucatan Peninsula and where there are communities of Mayan origin or tradition to honor those who have left before us. It takes place between October 30 and December 2 of each year.
