It is one of the common names of a bird in northern Spain (Catalonia). It is also called totovia, totovia lark, calandria totovia, cotorliu, pitoliu. Its scientific name is Lullula arborea and it belongs to the family Alaudidae (larks and calandria). It is also the name that was used in that same region for a ghost that lived in a cave (Catalan mythological character).
