It is the name of a clown, protagonist of a child round which is sung with the same tune of "Happy birthday". It says: "Pimpin' payayo, is powdered nose. . . . . . , and with a sneeze took hold: Atchisss!. It is also a cartoon of the Chilean cartoonist Themistocles Nazario Lobos Aguirre, better known as Themo Lobos.
