1st_ It is French, and means "small (cheese) Swiss". It is a soft cheese, with added cream. 2nd_ Way to call a young person with little sexual experience who becomes a lover of an adult, usually with age to be one of his parents. Surely the origin is in the "soft" or perhaps in that it is not "curdled". See yoghurt, sugar baby, milf.
