It is a plant genus of the family Nitrariaceae. They are known as ayahuascas or harmalas. Antidepressant infusions can be prepared with them and generate even more euphoria. With a high consumption generate vomiting, guavas (or hangovers) and diarrhea. Plants of the genus Peganum are considered magical plants.
