It is a kind of popular in Chile sauce. It is chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and pepper. In Colombia we say peak of gallo and Bolivia llajua.
Pebre: Yucatecan speciality that consists of steak and pork chop cooked with oregano and garlic which are then macerated in a paste prepared with memo's Steak, roasted garlic and orange juice.
