I do not believe that the extreme love between two people merits the epithet of panfilismo. Or in the case of being unhealthy. The panfilismo ( or buenismo ) It is not a demonstration of love, but a pretense of cryptic achieve a benefit not Quotable. It could well be Manichaeism or Machiavellianism
