In Mexico is a sweet that is made with brown sugar and pieces of Vitoria. It is also the name of the combines plant that in Colombia we call Vitoria or pumpkin. This plant also receives the names of cayote, alcayota, chilacayote, pear. Its scientific name is Cucurbita ficifolia and belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family.
