The oriole Union2 or oriol ( Oriolus oriolus ) It is a species of suboscine bird of about 25 cm, the family Oriolidae. It is typical of the temperate regions of the northern hemisphere. Winters in the tropics, to later emigrate to Europe and Middle East for the summer. Its scientific name comes from the latin aurum, «gold», «bird of gold».It is a smart and elusive, bird flights fast and short branches although it reaches very high flights in their migrations. Its golden plumage makes it easy to be confused with solar flares. Build their nests with great speed, it nests in forests with preference for water courses. They are monogamous, territorial and migratory. They usually lay two or three eggs, but can reach six.
