Offered by oenus, Latin spelling of the Greek oinos, wine and garum, garo, very strong sauce obtained from the maceration of various fish in salt. This combination of the garum wine Palladium and some other flavoring ingredients (cumin, celery, pepper, honey. . . ) they have it and are beginning to release it some current researchers of the University of Cádiz.
