In Colombia, back in 1978 when television was black and white, the Noticolor Newscast was the first tele-newscast and program in general to broadcast its color signal. This tele-notification was broadcast at 9 : 00 P . M. , and after a few years stopped issuing his signal to make way for the News of the Night, which also disappeared and was replaced by the National News. At that time in Colombia there were only two television channels: network 1 and channel 2. Cable television had not yet been implemented, let alone satellite television.
