Plural of nopo . It is a way of calling the goalmakers, zopilotes or hens, in the southern part of Mexico and especially in the states of Tabasco and Campeche. It is the common name of a scavenger bird of scientific name Coragyps atratus, from the family Cathartidae. He is also known by the names of goalmakers, zopilots, pimps, gualas, jotes, black vultures, samuros, suchas, urubuses, zonchos, guaraguaos.
