( Of the Danish narhval ). 1. m. cetacean from about six meters long, with large head, blunt snout, small mouth, without more teeth than two incisive superiors, one short and one that extends horizontally until about three metres; body robust, smooth, shiny, white and Brown streaks on the back, two pectoral fins and large and forked tail. The fat and its greater tooth ivory are used.
