"Spirogenic movement". Expression composed of two words: "movement" from the verb to move and the adjective "spirigenic" from the Latin 'spirare', to blow and 'gen', to generate or produce. 1 . A movement of exhalation or exhalation by which the intercostal muscles and diaphragm relax, allowing air to escape from the lungs to the outside. 2 . Spirogenic is a "compass" word. 3 . Antonym: "Inspiration", the movement of sucking outside air into the lungs.
