The scientific name of the plant is achillea millefolium. Already the Neanderthals and also the Greeks knew it. The name of achillea is in honour to Achilles, hero of the war of Troy, invulnerable, except on the heel. According to folk medicine, it heals the wounds; Why is it also called grass of the soldiers, who formerly wore it in their backpacks.
