" Kill two birds with a single shot " It is an expression used in Colombia to say that two were ( or sometimes ) goals in a single attempt. For example to visit asitencial to claim drug and at the same time to get an appointment. We also say " It left me papaya ". Hump, luck, chepazo. Achieved incidentally several things that suit us at the same time.
