Martina . 1. f. Zool. Fisóstomo teleósteo fish, very similar to the Conger, of approximately eight decimetres of long, cylindrical body, pointed snout, small and very large pectoral fins the dorsal and anal, to meet with the tail. The skin is smooth, yellowish on the back, whitish on the belly, with black in the wings and white markings around the mouth. He lives in the Mediterranean and is edible.
