Maro . ( Of the lat. )( marum, and this of the Gr. µ?). 1. m. herbaceous plant of the family of the Labiatae, stems erect, hard, comose, three to four decimetres of height and very ramosos small, entire, lanceolate leaves with white hair on the underside, flowers of purple Corolla in axillary racemes, and dry fruit with tiny seeds.
