A person who takes the right to exercise mandate without being vested in the authority granted by law or administration, to perform a job. Mandahuero is a word composed of the terms : MANDA : It is the third person of the verb MANDAR (as giving orders). HUERO : means the terms : Empty, vain, insignificant, among others.
