lambrosiano is incorrectly written, and should be written as "lombrosiano" as meaning: Of Ezechia Marco Lombroso aka Cesare Lombroso, health care provider and the 19th century Italian criminologist, representative of criminological positivism, which defended the idea that the criminal does not, but that is born; i.e., the crime is a genetic tendency that have some people: in his book L " uomo delinquente describes this born criminal. So jail is not understood as a place of social re-education but as a social defence or neutralization of the danger posed by the offenders. Not everyone thinks so.
