krausismo 33
The krausismo is a doctrine which defends academic tolerance and the freedom of expression against dogmatism. It is named after the German thinker postkantiano Karl Christian Friedrich Krause ( 1781-1832 ). This philosophy had a great diffusion in Spain where it reached its maximum practical development, thanks to the work of his great popularizer, Julián Sanz del Río and the Institución Libre de Enseñanza directed by Francisco Giner de los Ríos, as well as the contribution of a great jurist as Federico Castro.El krausismo is based on a reconciliation between theism and Pantheism, according to which God, without being the world or be out of it, contains it itself and it transcends. Such a concept is called panentheism.
