The kibe or better yet kibbeh, is considered the traditional national dish of Lebanon. It is a kind of dough stuffed with ground meat lamb, bulgur and spices. In Turkish it is called Kofte, but it is frequent that is also called quibbe, quibe, kipe, kibi, kipi, kepi, kibba, kiwi, kubba. The kibe is also possible with beef.
