It is the same as Cephalin. In biochemistry, is the generic way of referring to the Gliserofosfolipidos. Phosphatidylethanolamine, lipio, lecithin. Crude extract of cerebral tissue rich in phospholipids. Used as a coagulating agent in blood clotting studies.
