JURIDICONDICIONANTE. -The prospective IV generation (for its tactical determinant) has given rise, to a series of assertions and meanings that define foresight, the legal effects in time. One of them is the neologism Juridicondicionante, monosemia between that it refers to a perception on legal conditions which have preconceived through this science and have an axiomatic nature, a situation, or term juridicondicionante, is produced by which shows us the experience or a preconceived legal work generated, by inducing changes in the effects of the condition of the right or the characteristics of the conditional fact, giving it a certainty which has already been of indifferent conditioned. On the right, its former use is still called as - Conditio sine qua non - or - sine qua non condition. Latin phrase which refers to an action, condition, or ingredient required, necessary and essential, so that something is possible and work properly. Condition, as such, is currently used in law and by legal perspective.
