Plural of joroche. Also called joloches. Masses of stuffed with sausage and egg, cooked in ink are black beans. It is a typical dish from Yucatán in Mexico.

Joroches: 1: stuffed with corn dumplings, usually mixed with lard and salt, and boiled in broth. -2: Tamales of dogfish stew with chunks of tomato, sliced onion and epazote leaves.
