( Of the I Tupi jaborandi ). 1. m. tree little high, originally from the Brazil of the family Rutaceae, with compound leaves of seven or nine leaflets, flowers in racemes long and slender, fruit is capsular of five divisions. The leaves resemble in smell and taste of the orange tree, and its infusion stimulates salivation and sweating.
