The unconstitutionality is the lack of compliance with the Constitution.
It contravenes, it contradicts, which violates, which opposed, attacked, rules and precepts of superior character and specifically to the national Constitution which is standard of rules, law of laws.
Opposition or objection to particular law, decree or regulation which go against or harm the constitutional principles of the nation.
It is not in accordance with the Constitution of a State.
