It is a mistake by the gliglic "incopelusas".

INCOMPELUSAS error by INCOPELUSAS word of the gíglico language, invented by Julio Cortázar in his chapter 68 of Rayuela and that must be interpreted by each reader. To me it seems to indicate the crotch but as it is a loving encounter between the Witch and Horacio Oliveira, and uses the word in the plural in an action of relamer, it seems more surely to refer to the outer lips of the vulva
