" 34 tax hike; is the name given in Bolivia in 2003 to the Government decision of decreeing a general trimming of salaries, what people interpreted as an aberrant way of Government " charged " advance a tax equivalent to what each worker would earn. It was clearly interpreted as a disproportionate tax.
