It means Iliarian, who is from Illyria or who belongs to or relates to it. Illyria was the name of an ancient region of the Balkans and in some texts, a region of Northern Macedonia. It was made up of several different tribes. Although Illiarian is a star in the constellation Leo Minor, there is an asteroid named 1160 Illyria.
