Hummus or humus is a substance colloidal blackish of the soil, result of the decomposition partial of waste vegetable or animal made by microbes. Its name is of origin latin and means Earth.
HUMMUS: cream of puree of chickpeas cooked with juice of lemon, pasta of tahini and oil of olive, popular in the East half.
